I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and they always go above and beyond to help me out, even printing out visa documents for me once when I had a last-minute trip. The rooms, unfortunately, are a bit dark and poorly decorated, but at least they were clean during our stay.

The rooms are more like a storage room and have a slight smell, but they come with a mini-fridge. The service from the receptionist is awesome and very friendly, especially at night.
